Dan Vogler, CEO and Founder

Dan Vogler is the CEO of Falcon Green Energy and the inventor of the SGDT. He has 40+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, inventor and technologist. As an engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratories, he worked on DOE power projects ranging from a geothermal plant in the Jemez Mountains of the Santa Fe National Forest, to the design and construction of satellite instruments for astrophysics and particle physics research, to research into a laser-controlled Nuclear Fusion reaction to generate heat and steam power. Dan then moved to Austin, Texas where he became a serial entrepreneur, building and exiting numerous successful electronics companies including Lintech, CHS, American Infoscience, 88net, and The HDTV Group. As founder of Falcon Green Energy, he developed at the time the largest rooftop solar system in Texas for CPS Energy in San Antonio. More recently, Dan completed the design and construction of a 1 MW solar park for the City of Smithville, Texas and is currently in development of “Battery Park Texas”, slated to be one of the largest BESS projects in Texas, providing between 1-2 GWh of grid support to ERCOT.

Paz Rheinstein, COO
Paz has a long history of steering projects from idea to design to prototype to go-to-market. As an enterprise software lead and developer, he has been an advocate and practitioner of agile development practices, unifying teams of 3-15 developers in meeting client requirements. As President and CTO of a Silicon Valley FinTech startup ModFi, he was responsible for synergizing the emerging requirements of a fast-growing market with the capabilities of the design and software teams to create a fully functional product.

John Shanahan, VP of Business Development
John Shanahan has a long history of managing complex projects with major budgets. He was the Assistant Commissioner and program manager for the City of New York’s $1.3 billion corrections capital program, building 13 new correctional facilities, a hospital, an education center and related support facilities throughout the five boroughs of the City of New York. More recently, he was senior project manager for the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C., where he managed its largest construction project ($330M) — the Inouye Pacific Region Center for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, HI.

David Ventura Garcia, Director of Marketing and Product Development
Experienced marketing and product development professional with a robust background in the marketing, project management and arts industries. Participated in multiple promotional campaigns for Kraft Foods. At Tovar Construction, elevated the company’s market profile and executed numerous high-value projects, establishing key partnerships and creating new markets. Co-founded Transient Mic, achieving 501(c)3 status and successfully hosting fundraisers, leveraging local talent through a podcast series. Proven ability to create innovative promotional strategies and foster community relationships that drive brand engagement and product success.

Anil Pattni, Director of Business Development and Analysis
Dynamic business development professional with a proven track record in driving innovation and achieving exceptional results. Founder of HACKSTARZ, successfully hosting over 300 entrepreneurial events and building partnerships with companies like SpaceX. Launched Tindie.com to optimize supply chain integration in robotics and clean tech. Instrumental in raising $210,000 for innovative projects like SnapJet via Kickstarter. Currently leading TinyHackerHouse.com, a community initiative aimed at fostering sustainable innovation.
